It could only be described as an unbelievable season for Waringstown Under 11's player, Jack Carson, who managed to finish his season with over 600 runs and without being dismissed once, including the North v South representative match.
Jack also led his Waringstown team to the All Ireland Under 11, Alex Dunlop Memorial Trophy against Clontarf with an outstanding 121 not out in a total of 187 for 5 with Clontarf making 132 for 3 in reply.
Jack has already represented the NCU at Under 13 level and is in the Irish Under 13 squad.
In this amazing season for the Waringstown Under 11's a number of the team also made telling contributions with Joshua Abraham making three undeafeted 100+ partnerships with Jack, and James Humphreys and Ross Cockcroft taking wickets and making runs for the team.
This is an outstanding achievement for Jack Carson and his Waringstown team and surely one we will all follow closely next year.
