Northern Knights squad to play Ireland Under 19's announced

The Northern Knights team to play their pre-season friendly against Ireland Under 19's at Bangor's Uprichard Park on Sunday 18th May has been announced.

The 50 over match will start at 12 noon with 12 players selected for each team.

It is pleasing from a NCU perspective that six of the players selected for the Ireland team are from clubs within the NCU.

Following Sundays friendly, the Knights next practice will be held at Stormont on the 20th May where the team to play the Knights opening match of this years inter pros against the North West Warriors will be selected. The match against the Warriors will take place on Monday 26th May at Coleraine CC.

The NCU encourages fans to come along and support the Knights as they launch their 2014 campaign.
