Instonians A beat CSNI A in NCU U 11 Division 1 Final

Instonians Under 11 A beat CSNI Under 11 A on Thursday evening in a close fought match in the Charlie Beverland U 11s League Division 1 Final.

Batting first CSNI scored 89 for 5 and Inst won with an over to spare by 6 wickets thanks to a match winning innings of 25 n.o. in 18 balls by James Rose. 
In the CSNI innings Matthew Cherry top scored with a retired 30 and Hugh Minford scored 17.  For Instonians James Lambert, Jack Dixon Matthew Humphries and Michael Glasgow all got a wicket each.

In reply Inst scored 90 for 4 with James Rose scoring 25 and James Lambert 17.  For CSNI Matthew Cherry and John Gibbons got a wicket each and there were 2 run outs.

This crowned a great season for the Inst U 11 A’s where they also won the Quoile Cup. Their only defeat of the season was losing a close match at Rush in the All Ireland U 11 S Final. 

The Charlie Beverland Under 11 League Division 2 was won by Donaghcloney and Division 3 by Dundrum who beat Instonians B and Instonians C in their respective Finals.
