As the new season is well under way, now is a good time to think about the future of your club and where it wants to be. It is important that clubs have a business plan so they know what they are trying to achieve and make sure they are going in the right direction.  An effective business plan can help you to manage your club better but also demonstrates business understanding and controls to potential investors.

Belfast City Council will be hosting the next seminar " Developing a Business plan" workshop in association with Sport Northern Ireland Club Leaders on Tuesday 21st October at the Grove Wellbeing Centre from 7pm - 9pm.  The workshop will be facilitated by business planning experts from Price Waterhouse Coopers.  There are still a few places available on this popular workshop and like all of our seminars, it is completely free to attend.
