Ulster Bank Schools First Round Update
Robin Walsh Campbell College's second string caused the big upset in the first round of the Ulster Bank Schools Cup with a convincing win over Limavady Grammar School. The Belfast school's 2nd X1 chased down a challenging 140 with four wickets to spare, R Hamilton top scoring with an undefeated 39. Highest score of the round so far came from Bangor Grammar who posted 232 to overwhelm Royal School Armagh by 167 runs. Thomas Boyd's 87 for Bangor is also the highest individual score so far. The lowest score has come from Grosvenor Grammar School's 46 which led to an 86-run defeat by Belfast High School.
