Norman Graham (Armagh CC)

Their First XI, under the leadership of Matthew Steenson, defeated Saintfield last week to put them into the Lagan Valley Steels Twenty20 Shield Final and gives them home advantage. The final will be on the Mall on the 16th July starting at 6 00pm and is against underdogs Larne who beat Holywood to get to the Final.

On the 18th July Armagh are also in the Semi Final of the Junior Cup (sponsored by Goldblatt McGuigan)  playing Laurelvale on the Mall. A win would mean another Final this time at Muckamore on the 8th August.

Armagh 2nds and 3rds also have a chance to reach their respective Cup Finals. Their 2nd X1 (captained by Andrew Walbran) travel to Bangor on the 25th July to play the home teams 3rd XI in the Semi Final of the Minor (Lindsay) Cup (sponsored by Cleaver Black).

While the 3rd XI (captained by Keith Wilson) play Cliftonville 3rds on the Mall also on the 25th July in the Semi Final of Minor Qualifying Cup

Armagh have the potential therefore to lift 4 trophies this season. History beckons!!!
