Holders Belfast Royal Academy will meet city rivals Royal Belfast Academical Institution in the final of the Ulster Bank Schools Cup.

In all-Belfast semi finals the Academy overwhelmed Campbell College by 144 runs and "Inst" had an equally convincing seven wicket win over Grosvenor Grammar School in a match which produced a century for each side.

A powerful opening partnership between Francis Collins (82) and Jack Burton (68) of 169 paved the holders way to the final and with Conor Boyd weighing in with an undefeated 53 a total of 265 for 6 off 40 overs was always too many for Campbell. They managed just 121 with Collins again taking the honours with 4-38.
