North Down Cricket Club invites applications from cricket coaches for the position of 1st Team Coach. The role could be filled by a player-coach.

Hours: Flexible to include practice nights and game days.
Remuneration: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

The coach's primary responsibility will be to help prepare and manage a 1st XI which is capable of competing for trophies at the highest level of club cricket, as well as creating a high performance culture and aiding the development of current and potential Premier League cricketers across the senior club.

Experience is preferred although not essential. Candidates must have good communication skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
