The Northern Cricket Union invites all affiliated clubs to join us on Monday 19th June at the Lagan Valley Island Civic Centre, Lisburn from 6.00pm. We request that each club sends two delegates to the meeting. Where possible this should be the Chairperson of each club along with one other club official.

The purpose of the Club Forum is to discuss the following -

1. Incorporation – Company Limited by Guarantee
   As the NCU moves to become a Company Limited by Guarantee it is important to discuss this fully with our member clubs. Therefore please see attached two documents outlining this and its potential impact -  

1. Summary Document on what this means for clubs
2. Proposed Memorandum & Articles document

Please ensure that the Club representatives attending the Forum on behalf of your club are provided with copies of these documents in preparation for discussions at the Forum.

2. Visa Regulations for 2018 season
   The Home Office has indicated that they will listen to representation from Governing Bodies from July 2017 onwards in respect of Visa Regulations for the 2018 season. There will be an opportunity at the Forum to discuss and seek views from clubs on this issue.

Tea and coffee will be available from 6.00pm and the Forum will begin at 6.30pm.

We are keen to ensure full representation from all clubs as these are significant areas for discussion that may impact on clubs as we move forward. I would be grateful if you would advise me of the names of your two club representatives who will be attending the Forum no later than Friday 16th June.
