NCU Robinson Services Leagues - Weekend League Fixtures (14th July)

The Robinson Services Premier League returns this Saturday after least weekends break due to the IP20 Festival in Dublin. Section 1 and 2 have reached the halfway point and there are a number of intriguing fixtures.

Robinson Services Premier League
On Saturday there is a County Armagh derby at The Lawn in the Robinson Services Premier League as Waringstown take on Armagh. At Belmont first plays third, as CIYMS and Carrickfergus meet, with only four points separating the pair. Instonians are also only four points behind the leaders, and travel to North Down, and at Stormont, CSNI play Muckamore, with both sides only four points above bottom placed Armagh.

  • CSNI v Muckamore, at Stormont
  • North Down v Instonians, at The Green, Comber
  • Waringstown v Armagh, at The Lawn, Waringstown

Robinson Services League Section 1
In Section 1 we are at the halfway point in the league fixtures with all teams having played 9 games. Joint leaders Lisburn and Downpatrick are on their travels as they take on Cregagh and Woodvale respectively.
Holywood travel to Queensway to take on Derriaghy while Bangor who are level on the same number of points as Holywood host Donacloney Mill at Upritchard Park (starting at 11.30am).
The remaining fixture in Section 1 sees Laurelvale host the winless Lurgan at Mullavilly Road.

Robinson Services League Section 2
The top 4 teams in Section 2 face each other on Saturday where there are seven games scheduled.
Junior Cup Finalists Templepatrick lead the way in Section 2 with 7 wins from 7 when they travel to Fullerton Park to take on 4th placed Cooke Collegians.
The other unbeaten team (and the other Junior Cup Finalist) Cliftonville Academy host 3rd placed Ballymena (6 wins from 7) at the Castle Grounds.
The bottom two teams meet at the Meadow in Dundrum where the visitors are Dunmurry.
The other fixtures are Belfast SuperKings v Saintfield, Donaghadee v Ards, Monaghan v BISC and Victoria v Larne.
