The NCU AGM was held on Wednesday 2nd December 2020.

Because of the Covid restrictions the meeting was held by Zoom with advance voting by proxy.
The Chairman, Sam Beckett advised of the outcome of elections and other voting.

The following serials were declared carried: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.
The following serials were not carried: 12, 21.

• The minutes of the 2019 AGM were approved;
• The Annual Report and Financial Statements were approved;
• Cleaver Black was elected as Independent Examiner.
