The announcement focuses on a staged and safety-led progression of permitted activity, consistent with our experience returning to activity last year. With an indicative date of 12th April for return to training for outdoor sport, we are encouraging clubs to prepare now so that your club can be ready to return to activity as soon as we are permitted. Current protocols can be found at https://www.cricketireland.ie/covid-19 LET'S GET READY The NCU is encouraging all clubs to prepare now for a restart of activity through a number of tasks. Completion of these tasks will be required prior to the start of any cricket activity and include:
As was the case last year, NCU Staff will be assigned as support officers, to guide and support clubs in the coming weeks to prepare for return to training. Your assigned staff member will be in contact soon to help your club begin these steps. We look forward to hopefully returning to activity in the coming weeks. |
