The NCU is excited to release our Winter Development Camps. The NCU Development Camps will focus on skill development and consist of fun and challenging sessions throughout the winter.
The programme offers learning opportunities for Under 9 to Under 19 boys and girls.
This is the first block of development, and we plan to deliver more after Christmas.
Along with the NCU Development Camps commencing in October, we will then be running our NCU Talent programmes through November towards Christmas at all youth age groups as well as our MCC Development Hubs programme enabling us to offer coaching to more children than we have been able to in past years.
The 2022/23 Winter Development Camps will provide regional sessions to make this opportunity more accessible for clubs, parents and players.
The North Region will take place at Ulster University Jordanstown, with the South Region at Wallace High School and South Lake Leisure Centre.
While the main objective of the NCU Club Development Camps is to offer quality coaching to more people throughout the winter months, we would also encourage cricketers who your club believe could potentially train in an NCU Talent Programme to attend these sessions and work with our coaches.
Our Talent Programme will run once the Development Camps finish.
